After the Waste Audit has been completed, and a determined plan of action has been established, SWS will partner with the client and assume the role as the solid waste and recycling point of contact with all vendors. SWS will consolidate all vendor invoices, resolves all vendor disputes, and pay individual vendor invoices on behalf of the customer. In turn, SWS invoices the customer a single, transparent invoice with vendor invoices attached, for a fixed management fee.
IWM is a natural extension of SWS’ PBWM allowing the client to focus on their core business. By combining all waste and recycling services under one point-of-contact the client can leverage their assets and resources towards other matters. IWM can be implemented at a single facility, at multiple locations or at a campus like setting.
