Management & Oversite of Vendors
SWS, partnering with the client, assumes the role as the solid waste and recycling point of contact with all vendors, consolidates all vendor invoices, resolves all vendor disputes, and pays individual vendor invoices on behalf of the customer. By combining all waste and recycling services under one point-of-contact the client can leverage their assets and resources towards other matters. SWS invoices the customer with a single, “transparent” invoice with vendor invoices attached along with a fixed management fee.
